The ULTIMATE GIRLS TRIP:

A Retreat to Connect With Who You Are
For Women Who Are Ready to Remember

February 19-27 2026 | Cairo. Luxor. El Gouna. Egypt.

Luxury. Adventure. Reset.

You lead. You deliver. You work...

And somewhere along the way, you started running so fast that you forgot what it felt like to just be you.

Without a title, a deadline, or someone else's needs on your calendar.

This is your nine days back.

Not a conference. Not a networking event.
A full reset in one of the oldest civilizations on earth, surrounded by women who get it.

The Work We Do Together
Four facilitated sessions woven into the journey.
Not lectures. Real conversations that change how you operate.

01 The Identity You Built vs. The One You Were Born With
The gap between who you perform as and who you actually are. This is where the retreat begins to work.

02 Revenue, Impact, and the Lie That You Have to Choose
Building a life and business where profit and purpose are not at odds. Tactical and honest. You leave with a framework, not just feelings.

03 What You Tolerate, You Keep
A direct look at the patterns, relationships, and defaults that are costing you energy, money, or both. Bring your real life to this one.

04 The 90-Day Map
You do not leave this retreat with inspiration alone. You leave with a concrete plan for the next 90 days: what you are starting, stopping, and protecting.

Itinerary...

  • Day 1 | Arrival + Grounding
Arrive in Cairo and settle in.
Time to decompress, explore the neighborhood, or rest.

Evening welcome dinner overlooking the Nile followed by our opening circle to connect, set intentions, and meet the women you will spend the next nine days with.
  • Day 2 | Pyramids + Creation
Full day with the pyramids. We start at Saqqara, the oldest stone structure on earth, then drive to Dahshur to see the Bent Pyramid, one of the most fascinating engineering stories in ancient history. Then Giza. The Great Pyramid, the Sphinx, the whole plateau with a private Egyptologist.

Evening private Egyptian cooking class. Dinner is what you make together.

Session: "The Identity You Built vs. The One You Were Born With."
  • Day 3 | Shop + Ease
Morning in Khan Al Khalili, one of the oldest bazaars in the Middle East. Spices, copper, lanterns, textiles, perfume oils. Coffee at El Fishawi, the oldest cafe in Cairo.

Afternoon in Zamalek, the island neighborhood in the Nile. Tree-lined streets, art galleries, bookshops, cafes. Free time to wander at your own pace.
    Farewell Cairo dinner.

Session: "Revenue, Impact, and the Lie That You Have to Choose."
  • Day 4 | Cairo to Luxor
Morning flight to Luxor. The air is different. The light is different. You feel it the moment you land.

Afternoon at Karnak Temple, the largest religious complex ever built. We walk it slowly with a private Egyptologist.

Sunset felucca sail on the Nile. Dinner on the water.

Session: "What You Tolerate, You Keep."
  • Day 5 | Valley of the Kings + Hatshepsut
Optional sunrise hot air balloon ride over the West Bank. This one stays with you.

Valley of the Kings with a private guide. Tomb of Tutankhamun. Colors on the walls that are 3,000 years old.

Temple of Hatshepsut, the female pharaoh who ruled for over 20 years, was written out of history by the men who came after her. The walls still tell her story.

Afternoon free. Rest, journal, spa, or explore.
  • Day 6 | Luxor Temple + Dance
Morning at Luxor Temple in the heart of the city. Intimate, stunning, and quiet before the crowds arrive.

Afternoon open. Wander the souk, sit on a rooftop overlooking the Nile, write, or do nothing. Intentional space after days of intensity.

Evening dance workshop. No experience needed. Just your body, the music, and a room full of women letting go.
  • Day 7 | Gouna + The Beach
Transfer to El Gouna on the Red Sea. Desert gives way to turquoise water.

The rest of the day is yours. Pool. Beach. Lagoon. Swim. Nap. Walk the marina. No session. No guided anything. Just space and stillness and warm water.

Casual waterfront dinner. Bare feet energy.

  • Day 8 | Boat Day + Closing Celebration
Full day on a private boat on the Red Sea. Snorkeling over coral reefs, swimming in open water, lunch on the boat, music on deck.

Back on shore, we gather for the final session.

    Session: "The 90-Day Map."

Closing dinner. We return to the intentions set on Day 1. What shifted. What surprised you. What you are taking home.

  • Day 9 | Departure
Breakfast together. Private transfers to Hurghada International Airport.

For those with later flights, the morning is yours. Swim, walk the marina, grab coffee in town.

You leave Egypt different from how you arrived. That is the point.

FAQs

Who is this retreat for?
Women who are successful by every external measure and still feel like something is missing. Not because your life is broken but because you have been moving so fast for so long that you lost track of the woman underneath the work.

You do not need another strategy session. You do not need another networking event where everyone is performing. You need nine days where no one needs anything from you and the only person you have to take care of is yourself.

This is for the woman who is tired of being "on." Who wants to be in a room where she does not have to explain herself. Who is ready to get honest about what she actually wants, not what she thinks she is supposed to want.

You are not falling apart. You are just ready to come back together.
Is this retreat only for women?
Yes. This retreat is designed for women. The work is human, practical, and grounded, focused on how you think, decide, and lead in your life.
Do I need to be a leader or executive to attend?
No. Leadership here is not about position or hierarchy. It’s about how you take responsibility for your decisions, energy, and direction. If you are ready to uplevel how you operate, this experience is designed for you.
What will I walk away with?
You leave with greater clarity around your priorities, a stronger decision-making framework, improved energy and focus, and a clear direction for what’s next. Most people also experience a meaningful shift in how they relate to pressure, time, and responsibility.
Is this a vacation or a working retreat?
It’s neither a vacation nor a seminar. It’s a structured experience that combines coaching, movement, reflection, and exploration. There is real work being done, supported by space, beauty, and thoughtful pacing.
Can I come with my friend?
Yes. You are welcome to attend with a friend. Many people find it valuable to share the experience with someone they trust. Each participant still engages fully in the individual work.
Will there be personal time?
Yes. The schedule is intentionally balanced. There is structured time for coaching and group experiences, and unstructured time for rest, reflection, or exploration.
Do I need to be physically fit?
No. Movement sessions are accessible and adaptable. The focus is on supporting energy, mobility, and longevity, not performance or intensity.
Is this confidential?
Yes. Privacy and discretion are essential. What is shared during the retreat stays within the group.
What’s included?
Accommodation, most meals, coaching sessions, movement practices, group experiences, and planned excursions are included. Full details will be shared in advance.
What happens after the retreat?
You leave with clarity and a sense of direction. Optional follow-up support may be available for those who want continued integration or accountability.
Do I need a visa?
Visas for tourism are $25 and can be bought upon arrival.
