Lisa Zahiya has organized, taught at, and facilitated retreats across Mexico, Egypt, Asheville, Miami, Orlando, New York, and beyond. Her work spans movement, fitness, business, and leadership, with an emphasis on depth, clarity, and real transformation.
She has designed, led, or produced more than 20 retreats, each built with strong intention, thoughtful participant experience, and disciplined financial structure. Every retreat has been profitable without sacrificing quality, integrity, or impact.
Her expertise spans:

• Group dynamics and experience flow
• Pricing, positioning, and retreat economics
• Movement, embodiment, and leadership facilitation

Mo Jo Hammoud brings deep operational and production expertise to retreat design and delivery. His background spans large-scale events, hospitality, and adventure-based operations across international settings.
He has produced multiple end-to-end regattas in the Red Sea, founded and operated a hotel and several restaurants in Sri Lanka, and led large-scale diving events requiring complex logistics, safety oversight, and team coordination. Each project has demanded precision, adaptability, and calm under pressure.
His expertise spans:

• On-the-ground execution and systems thinking
